1. What is Elevate Style offering?
Elevate Style is an online Foot ware brand offering a curated collection of men foot wear essentials designed to help you elevate your steps with quality and style.
2. How do I place an order?
- Browse and select the products you like.
- Choose your size/color (if applicable).
- Click “Add to Cart”.
- Go to Cart and Checkout.
- Enter your shipping details and select a payment method.
- Confirm your order.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of secure payment methods including:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)*

- Mobile Wallets (EasyPaisa, JazzCash)
(*Availability of COD depends on your city.)
4. Do you ship outside Pakistan?
Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. Delivery to international addresses is not available.
5. How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by city:
- Within major cities: typically 2–5 business days
- Outside major cities: 3–7 business days

6. How can I track my order?
After dispatch, we’ll share a tracking number via email/SMS. Use it to check the delivery status on our partner courier’s website.
7. What is your return/exchange policy?

- You can return or exchange items within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags.

- Follow the instructions to generate a return request.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back as directed.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item and confirm it meets return criteria. Refund method depends on your original payment method.
10. What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
