Return & Exchange Policy – Elevate Style

At Elevate Style, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver high-quality fashion products, but if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • The product is returned in its original packaging
  • All tags, labels, and accessories are intact
  • The item is in resalable condition

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Accessories
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Used, damaged, or altered products

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our Customer Support within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Once approved, ship the product back following our instructions.
  4. Ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage in transit.

⚠️ Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Charges

  • Customer bears the return shipping cost, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost after verification.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.
  • Processing time: 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via:
    • Bank Transfer
    • Store Credit
      (Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer or store credit.)

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • If the exchanged item has a price difference, the balance must be paid or will be refunded accordingly
  • Exchange delivery timelines may vary

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
  • Elevate Style reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or payment issues

Important Notes

  • Elevate Style reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the policy criteria
  • Colors may slightly vary due to screen resolution and lighting
  • Repeated returns may result in account restrictions
